A local DA is the next target of a copycat serial killer. Or, is it the serial killer himself, KAOS, who was supposedly killed in police captivity during a county court appearance transport from the county jail? A female detective who lost her sister to the killer is hell bent on finding out the identity of the killer before more victims around them fall prey.
